Ciao a tutti, posto 2 foto della splendida eclisse di luna avvenuta il 27 Luglio , bellissima da vedere , il massimo dell’eclisse era visibile alle 22.20 nel nord Italia, splendida la Luna di color rosso arancio, la seconda foto invece era quasi ad evento concluso.

Ho utilizzato il treppiede Manfrotto Befree, Nikon D800 ed obiettivo Nikkor 70-300 Vr, iso 1600.

Hi all, here 2 new images for the astounding Moon eclipse of 27.07.18; looking stunning with it’s color red / orange , the best hour for the eclipse in north Italy was on 22.20.

The second image was shooted on 23.30 at almost finished event.

I’ve used tripod Manfrotto Befree, Nikon D800 , zoom Nikkor 70-300 vr, iso 1600

Autumn, colours !

Ciao a tutti, l’inverno sta per finire, però in questo articolo potrete vedere delle foto della montagna veronese, chiamata Lessinia, l’autunno regala sempre colori carichi e caldi, e per chi come me è amante della fotografia, non si possono non immortalare.

Queste foto sono state scattate nelle ore centrali del giorno, senza utilizzo del treppiede , ma a mano libera, passeggiando nel bosco e in un sentiero semplice e aperto a tutti, nella zona di Malga Vazzo, nel cuore della Lessinia.

Hello, the winter is going to end, but in this post you can watch some images shooted this autumn in Lessinia, the mountains of Verona, in autumn we have warmer colours and very saturated, and for the photographer like me is the best conditions for shooting!

These images was shooted in the central hours of the day, without tripod but taken freehand walking in an easy pathway and in a wonderful woods, in the center zone of Lessinia in area of Vazzo hut.

Cefalù e Tindari

Ciao a tutti, eccoci con un’altra tappa importante , Cefalù , caratteristico e pittoresco paese siciliano a est di Palermo.

Bellissima la sua posizione, il centro storico è meraviglioso e al tramonto si colora di un bellissimo colore giallo arancio.

Se andrete a Cefalù, consiglio la salita alla Rocca, sull’orlo dello strapiombo rimangono resti delle fortificazioni di probabile epoca bizantina, sulla balza che sovrasta l’abitato è un santuario preistorico detto tempio di Diana, massiccia costruzione megalitica di epoca arcaica (sec. IX a.C.), riedificata nel sec. V-IV a.C. Sulla cima, pochi ruderi del castello duecentesco, e un panorama mozzafiato!

Di sera poi il paese è coloratissimo, tantissima gente che passeggia sul lungomare e ricchissimo di pizzerie, bar e ristoranti!

Ci sono anche alcuni scatti di Tindari, paese ancora più a est di Cefalù, una visita al santuario della Madonna nera, ne vale la pena, sia come posizione e panorama, che se vorrete visitare il santuario.

Here we are with another important stop, Cefalù, a characteristic and picturesque Sicilian town situated in east of Palermo.

Its beautiful location, the historic center is wonderful and at sunset it is colored with a beautiful orange-yellow color.

If you go to Cefalù, I suggest the climb to the Rocca, on the edge of the overhang there are remains of the fortifications of probable Byzantine era, on the cliff above the village there is a prehistoric sanctuary called temple of Diana, massive megalithic construction of the Archaic period (sec. IX BC), rebuilt in the century. V-IV B.C. On the top, a few ruins of the thirteenth-century castle, and a breathtaking view!

In the evening then the town is colorful, lots of people strolling along the promenade and rich in pizzerias, bars and restaurants!

There are some images of Tindari, a town situated more east of Cefalù and a visit to Santuario della Madonna nera is recommended, for the position and it’s panorama, and for if you want to visit the sanctuary.

Ciao a tutti, inizio questo 2018 pubblicando una serie di viaggi effettuati qualche mese fa.

Incomincio con alcune foto scattate a Castiglione della Pescaia e all’Isola del Giglio, famosa purtroppo per la tragedia della Costa Concordia, che dire, un’isoletta fantastica, ricca di colori e profumi dagli abitanti gentilissimi e cordiali.

Norvegia , Lofoten & Vesteralen (Parte 2°)

La Norvegia in inverno non è ovviamente solo aurora boreale.

Abbiamo fatto un whale-safari alla ricerca di capodogli di 20 metri circa di lunghezza, visti a meno di 10 metri di distanza.

Le isole Lofoten e Vesteralen (queste ultime meno conosciuti ma magnifiche) sono punteggiate di piccoli villaggi di pescatori con le tipiche casette rosse lungo il mare e i fiordi.

Tra un paese e l’altro distese di sabbia bianchissima e un mare turchese da togliere il fiato. Nel nostro viaggio abbiamo fatto oltre 1200 Km in auto (tutte le isole sono collegate da ponti tunnel sott’acqua) fino all’ultinmo paese più a sud: Å (che in norvegese è l’ultima lettera dell’alfabeto).

E’ stato inoltre impressionante vedere come il paesaggio è cambiato nell’arco della settimana che siamo rimasti: tutto bianco con neve e ghiaccio al nostro arrivo (-22 c°), verdissimo e pieno di cascate dopo una giornata di pioggia durante la quale si erano alzate le temperature (7 c°).

Norway in winter obviously is not only aurora borealis, we made a whale safari to find sperm whales, of about 20 mt lenght, viewed from less 10 mt of distance.

The Lofoten islands and Vesteralen (the last one less known but magnificient) are populated of small fisherman town with the typical red Rorbu around the sea and the fyord.

Between the villages we found many white beaches and a turquoyse sea to take breathe away. In our trip we made over 1200 Km by car (all the islands are connected by many bridges and underwater tunnel) until the last southern town: Å (in Norvegian alphabet is the last letter).

It was impressive to see how the landscape changed during in the week we stayed: all white and frozen at out arrival about -22 c°, greenest and many waterfall after a rainy day during which the temperatures had gone up (+7 c°).

Norvegia , Lofoten & Vesteralen Aurora Boreale (Parte 1°)

Quando i nostri amici ci chiedevano: “dove vi porterà il prossimo viaggio?”

alla risposta: “Norvegia”, tutti ci guardavano con occhi stralunati

“Non c’è nulla da vedere in Norvegia”, solo freddo e ghiaccio” ci rispondevano.

Su una cosa avevano ragione: c’è freddo!

Il nostro viaggio di inizio Febbraio 2017, ci ha innanzitutto portato alla scoperta di una cosa che potevamo solo sognarci di vedere: l’Aurora Boreale.

Una “scia” verde, in alcuni momenti con sfumature rosse, che improvvisamente appare in cielo, inizialmente quasi invisibile, poi man mano che l’occhio si abitua a cercarla, sempre più evidente. A momenti talmente ampia dia formare un’intero arco come un’arcobaleno. Fino a che improvvisamente aumenta di intensità e sospinta dal vento solare, inizia a muoversi in cielo con molta grazia.

Ad un tratto, ci è sembrato che volesse imitare i movimenti dei tasti di un pianoforte che suona una dolce melodia.

inizia uno spettacolo della natura unico, da pelle d’oca , che vi lascio giudicare con questi scatti.

When our friends asked us: “Where will take your next trip?”

the answer: “Norway”, everyone looked at us with bulging eyes

“There is nothing to see in Norway”, only cold and ice, “they responded.

On one thing they were right: it’s cold!

Our trip start in February 2017, he first led us to the discovery of something we could only dream of seeing: the Aurora Borealis.

A “wake bright” green, at times with a red tinge, that suddenly appears in the sky, initially almost invisible, then as the eye gets used to look, more and more obvious. A so wide moments give form an entire bow like a rainbow. Until suddenly it increases in intensity and driven by the solar wind begins to move in the sky with much grace.

Suddenly, it seemed that he wanted to imitate the movements of the keys of a piano playing a sweet melody.

Ciao a tutti, camminando lungo il lago di Garda circa 1 mese fa, si sono fatti notare questi colori e riflessi al tramonto che sono magici, il lago nel periodo di inizio primavera regala sempre degli splendidi colori, queste foto sono state scattate dalla pedonale Lazise verso Cisano.

Un articolo molto semplice che però dimostra che anche vicino casa possiamo avere dei paesaggi davvero straordinari!

All images was shooted from the pedestrian way from Lazise to Cisano.

A very simple story ,but I want to prove that the landscapes we can also have them close to home .

Lago di garda

Lessinia in winter

Ciao a tutti, quindi dopo i colori dell’autunno ecco altre immagini sempre della Lessinia , Italia, provincia di Verona, però vestite di bianco, scattate durante l’inverno, precisamente in febbraio, dato che la neve è arrivata molto in ritardo nel 2015/2016.

E’ poco conosciuta come zona per praticare sport invernali, rispetto ad altre regioni, però ci sono parecchie piste di fondo dove è possibile praticare lo sci , ciaspolare e il parapendio sul monte Baldo con vista d’effetto sul lago di Garda, ecc!

Non solo sport ma anche cucina, che dire degli ottimi rifugi che sono ben presenti nel territorio, assolutamente da provare!

Nelle foto trovate anche alcuni scatti al cosìdetto “Zigolo delle nevi”, non è il mio genere la caccia fotografica, meritava comunque una menzione particolare visto che essendo un’uccello migratore passeriforme che proviene dal nord Europa, negli ultimi sette anni ha proprio scelto la Lessinia come luogo per svernare. Unico in Italia

Hi all, after the autumn colours, here another images of Lessinia in Italy , near Verona, but in winter edition, the shooted during the last winter , on february, because in North Italy the snow it come very late in 2015/2016

It is a little-known area for winter sports but has plenty of cross-country trails etc, the snowshoeing and you can also do paragliding on the mount Baldo, with the amazing Garda Lake view! etc..

There are also several huts and refuges for delight of its specialties, try it!

Finally, but not least, in the images you can find some pictures of a bird, it’s called “Zigolo delle Nevi”, it’s not my favourite kind of photography, but it deserve a special mention because this type of bird coming from North Europe and from seven years he chose Lessinia for spend the winter season.

I’m back and i’m writing a new article in this blog, have been a few months since the last update, in the meantime I took a lot of pictures!

Ciao a tutti, dopo un pò di tempo ritorno a scrivere qui nel blog, sono passati alcuni mesi, ma nel frattempo ho scattato parecchio.
